Beef Or Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tortillas
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    3/4 lb. cooked ground beef or 1 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Mix beef or chicken, olives, 2 tablespoons onion and 1 cup Cheddar.
    Brush tortillas on both sides with melted butter.
    Fill with mixture and roll up.
    Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, 1 tablespoon onion and pour sauce over all.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
