Raisin Sweet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    When lukewarm, add yeast, mixed with warm water and eggs.
    Put all into large bowl and beat in 2 cups flour until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour, a cup at a time, to make a soft dough.
    Add raisins.
