Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    2 c. pared, chopped apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place chopped apples in pie shell. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Pour mixture over apples. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Remove from oven and add the following crumb topping.
