Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg (or 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg)
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
granulated sugar
Preparation

Beat the margarine, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
Stir in the flour and baking powder, mixing well.
Chill dough thoroughly.
