Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and corn meal in a large bowl.
    Toss lightly with fork to mix.
    Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Beat with electric mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
