Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small jars hearts
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain juice of one jar of hearts into frying pan; add onion and cook until tender.
    In bowl, beat eggs and seasonings; mix well, then add cheese, hearts, onion and parsley.
    Bake in an 8 x 10-inch pan for 30 minutes in preheated oven of 325\u00b0.
    Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
