Molasses Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skin removed
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 c. molasses (sorghum works best)
1 or 1-1/2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix water and molasses.
Dip chicken in molasses, then in flour mixture.
Dip again in molasses and again in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil just until brown on each side. Place on a rack in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
