Cheddar Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated or 1/4 c. Blue cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or until done.
Cut hot potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out potatoes and save the shells.
In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes.
Add butter, cream, onion and salt.
Beat until fluffy.
Mix in 1/2 cup cheese.
Divide into shells and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Serves 6.
