Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, add buttermilk, sugar and butter.
    Mix well. Beat flour with sweet milk.
    Add lemon flavoring to the mixture. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
