Presto Pesto Pasta(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1/3 lb. whole wheat spaghetti noodles
    1 c. peas
    1/4 c. walnuts
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tsp. basil (dried)
    1 tsp. tamari sauce (soy)
    1 c. fresh basil leaves, packed
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in large pot.
    Place noodles in boiling water; stir.
    Allow to cook, uncovered, until firm and tender. About 4 to 5 minutes before noodles are done, add peas.
    Allow to return to boiling.
