Fruit Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Simmer, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes or until clear and thickened.
Serve warm over waffles.
