Jew Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 box brown sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the eggs, sugar and flour and cook over boiling water until sugar melts.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Pour into sheet cake pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
