Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box jumbo shells (for stuffing)
    1 medium container Ricotta cheese
    1 medium container cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/2 for stuffing, 1/2 for topping)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 large jar pasta or spaghetti sauce
    salt, pepper, basil and parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Mix cheeses, egg and spices together to use for stuffing.
    Pour 1/2-inch of sauce into baking pan.
    Stuff shells and place side by side in baking pan. Cover shells slightly with sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
