John'S Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (red) hot peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 box Certo (both packages)
    1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and dry peppers.
    Cut in small pieces with seeds.
    Place in blender with vinegar and puree until it looks like foam and has the texture of oatmeal.
    Place in saucepan with sugar.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Skim as desired.
    Stir to make sure all the sugar is melted.
    Pour in both packets of Certo. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Put in jelly jars and keep in a cool place.
