Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large Ragu spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms)
    2 large cans tomato paste (Italian?)
    1 qt. jar canned tomatoes (add water to make 2 c. juice)
    2 small cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. oregano
    15 oz. Ricotta or creamed cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion in a large pan.
    Drain.
    Add Ragu, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, water (if needed), garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oregano.
    Simmer together until thick.
    Mix the Ricotta cheese and the beaten eggs.
