German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    2 qt. water
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    9 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Drain water off.
    Peel potatoes and slice. Salt and pepper potatoes.
    Add chopped onion.
    Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
    Mix 2 cups vinegar and sugar with flour and eggs.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour slowly in boiling water. Add drained fried bacon.
