Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and cornstarch together in bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in milk, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
