Mexican Tamale Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can beef broth
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 large can tamales, drained
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 cans beans with jalapeno (if you like it hot)
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper. To this, add beef broth, tomatoes, corn, beans and seasonings. Simmer 1/2 hour; just before serving, put in cornstarch. Also, just before serving, cut tamales in 1-inch pieces. Heat and serve.
