Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and vanilla until soft peaks form (tips curl).
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
Fold in coconut.
