Carrots Concerto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. finely chopped orange peel
    6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on the bias (3 c.)
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Stir in brown sugar, honey, orange peel, salt and pepper.
    Add carrots and cook uncovered over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until carrots are just tender-crisp.
    Stir mixture occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
