Morning Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or applesauce
    4 eggs
    4 c. buttermilk
    4 c. oatmeal
    5 c. plain flour
    5 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil water and add bran cereal.
    Let set while mixing sugar and oil together.
    Stir in eggs and add buttermilk and oatmeal. Add flour, soda and salt; mix thoroughly.
    Now, add the water and cereal mixture that has been sitting.
    Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 14 minutes.
    Store remaining recipe in sealed container in refrigerator and use as desired.
