Cream Of Chicken With Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 qt. chicken stock
1 c. heavy cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 c. chopped chicken, cooked
seasoning salt to taste
white pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute vegetables in butter for about 10 minutes. Add chicken stock and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Add cream and heat to simmering. Add cheese and chicken, stirring to melt cheese. Season to taste.
Heat through and serve.
Makes 2 quarts.
