Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water.
    Add yeast mixture to buttermilk.
    Mix yeast-milk mixture with flour mixture.
    Put in an airtight container and chill for 20 minutes.
    Roll out dough and cut into biscuits.
    Place on a baking sheet (greased) and allow to sit in a warm place for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until browned.
