Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
    Add rice and mix lightly.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
