Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean sirloin
3 small white onions, chopped
4 to 5 small tomatoes, peeled or chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1/2 pt. sour cream
rice or noodles
salt and/or pepper
Preparation

Cut partially frozen steak in small pieces, sprinkle with paprika and saute fast.
Saute onions until crystal clear, but do not brown.
Set onion aside.
Add salt and pepper to meat.
Mix meat, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes together and simmer until meat is tender.
When ready to serve, add sour cream.
Serve over rice and noodles.
