Everyday Broccoli And Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 (10 oz.) can cheese and broccoli soup
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. broccoli flowers
green and red peppers, chopped
Preparation

Brown chicken in margarine on both sides (approximately 10 minutes).
Spoon off chicken fat.
Combine soup, milk, black pepper, green and red mango peppers and broccoli.
Pour over chicken and cook covered on low until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
Can serve with noodles or rice.
