Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 small red potatoes (sliced in quarters)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Rosemary
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 stick butter (optional)
    1 large red onion sliced
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Coat sauce pan with baking spray.
    Cook over medium heat 25 - 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
