Barbecued Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and green peppers in cooking oil for 3 minutes. Add hamburger and cook until red color disappears.
    Drain and add mustard, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 10 minutes and serve in toasted, buttered buns with a thin slice of onion.
    Serves 8.
