Cranberry-Apple Cider Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sweet apple cider or apple juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease well and flour 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
