Cheese Cake(Heavy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large pkg. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
6 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cheese should be at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients together.
If lumpy, use electric mixer until creamy.
Use large spring cake pan.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Turn oven off and let sit in oven for at least 2 hours undisturbed.
Then refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Serve plain or with your favorite topping.
