Cumin-Honey Vinaigrette Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dry
4 tsp. chopped cilantro
2 tsp. minced jalapeno chili
1/2 to 2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation

Whisk all ingredients; blend well.
Toss with crisp lettuce, red onion and carrots for a delicious side dish with any Mexican dish.
