Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. can peanuts, chopped
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 or 4 Granny Smith apples (with skins)
Preparation

Mix together powdered sugar, margarine and eggs.
Cube apples. Fold in chopped peanuts, drained pineapple, cubed apples and Cool Whip.
Refrigerate overnight.
