Chocolate Chip Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 bar German's sweet chocolate, grated
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chocolate.
    Beat with mixer 5 minutes.
    Fold in grated chocolate, then chocolate chips.
    Pour into greased, floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar, if desired.
