Cabbage Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. whole mixed pickling spice
    1/4 c. garlic-flavored wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 medium cabbage, finely shredded
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put enough water in a pan to cover cabbage.
    Add spices and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Drain and add butter.
