Fantastique Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. whole frying chicken or breasts
1 (8 oz.) French or Russian dressing
11 oz. pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam (optional)

Preparation

Puncture skin of chicken in a few places.
Place in glass microwave bowl, breast side down.
Do not seal.
