Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender.
Cover; blend on low speed until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Important:
Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Lower heat, if necessary.
Serve warm or cold.
