Easy Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 Boneless, skinless chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 green pepper cut in strips
    1 jar green olives
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Place chicken in 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix oil, tomato sauce and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt.
    Pour over chicken. Place mushrooms, green pepper strips and olives on top.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours.
