Beef Bouillabaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed beef
    2 onions, cut in wedges
    5 zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 c. water
    sherry
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add water and spices.
    Cook over low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add zucchini and onions.
    Cook until tender. Add sherry.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
