Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger (lean)
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 oz. Chinese noodles (3 oz. = 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Saute hamburger and onion together.
Mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup and warm water.
Cook rice.
Mix all of the above ingredients together, except Chinese noodles.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
Uncover and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
Put Chinese noodles on top for last 15 minutes.
