Brown Sugar Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft 1 1/2-inch bread cubes
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. seedless raisins, washed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine soft bread cubes, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, milk, raisins and nuts.
    Add slightly beaten eggs.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter over top.
    Bake in a slow oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream. Makes 4 servings.
