Herbed Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
minced fresh parsley
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; add potatoes. Toss to coat. Place in single layer on a greased cookie sheet; drizzle with remaining oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley.
