Tortellini Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (8 oz.) container Philadelphia brand soft cream cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 or 9 oz. fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini, cooked and drained well
Preparation

Cook and stir mushrooms, onion and garlic in margarine in a skillet. Add all remaining ingredients, except tortellini, and mix well. Cook ingredients until all begins to pick up to boiling temperature, stirring occasionally.
Now stir in tortellini and cook until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings.
