Everlasting Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. nuts (optional)
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 c. applesauce
Preparation

Cream butter; blend in sugar, eggs, nuts, cinnamon, soda, allspice and salt.
Mix well.
Add flour and applesauce; mix well.
Batter will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator and can be used as needed or baked and frozen ahead.
Grease muffin tin and fill half full.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 40 to 50 muffins.
