Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. Mozzarella, diced
    3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 large boneless chicken breasts (approximately 2 lb.), pounded thin
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cheese, eggs, crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Place 1/4 cup of cheese mixture in center of each chicken breast.
    Roll and secure with a toothpick.
