Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs thoroughly with the sugar, salt, vanilla, corn syrup and melted butter.
    Add the pecan halves.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
