Spaghetti Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, broke in 2-inch lengths, cooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. oil
    2 tsp. flour
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Fry beef in oil.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add water, salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
    Stir until thickened.
    Combine sour cream with spaghetti and meat mixture.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle parsley over surface.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
