Peppermint Parfait Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 9-inch baked pastry shell
1 1-oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. white creme de menthe
Red food coloring, optional
1 8-oz. Cool Whip, thawed (about 3-1/2 c.)
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk; stir in vanilla.
Spread on bottom of baked pastry shell.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining sweetened condensed milk.
Stir in creme de menthe and red food coloring.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into pastry shell.
Chill 4 hours or until set.
