Cream Cheese Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 pkg. soft cream cheese
flour (to roll)
Preparation

Sift flour before measuring, then add salt and sift again. Cut margarine and cheese in with a pastry blender or 2 forks. Roll between two waxed papers.
You will find this delicious with cheese pies or fruit pies.
