Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's chicken broth concentrate
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 c. cauliflowerets
    2 small zucchini, diagonally sliced
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Heat broth in saucepan. Add carrots and simmer 2 minutes; cool. Add remaining ingredients and chill several hours or more. Stir occasionally. Serve as an appetizer with wooden picks or to compliment a meal. Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
    No fat.
