    sweet potatoes
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Place roast in Corning dish.
    Add water.
    Peel and cut up sweet potatoes.
    Place around roast.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on the sweet potatoes.
    Begin cooking at 9:00 a.m. at 350\u00b0.
    Turn down to 250\u00b0 while at church.
